SUMMARY:

The purpose of this work is to investigate ways of relating media education to Natural Sciences classes, as an instrument that provides a critical and emancipatory analysis of reality and media products to the students of Education for Young, Adult and Elderly Workers (EJAIT) . The research starts from the absence of academic works that deal with media education in this teaching modality and proposes a didactic-pedagogical intervention based on Paulo Freire's dialogic process and on the perspective of Educommunication. The text reaffirm the need for discussions on the theme Work, present among the UN Sustainable Development Goals, from the perspective of Marxist epistemology.
