BIG AREA: Ciências Humanas

SUMMARY:

Promoting an egalitarian and inclusive education is not an easy task, nor is it simple, especially when it comes to the public of Interventive Youth and Adult Education - EJAI, a teaching modality existing in some schools in the Public Network of the Federal District - DF. In this sense, the study presented here, had as objective the knowledge of the modality. In order to understand its different aspects, through a case study, we have the support of a teacher who works exclusively in the modality and observations of students from an EJAI class during the performance of interventional actions. The results indicated that the performance of the dynamics used during the intervention, were configured as positive allies for the learning of the EJAI public. With the recorded interview and the discussion of the three initial questions, it was possible, so far, to understand that we are talking about a teacher who, in addition to following the evolution of the EJAI modality, believes in its functionality and search, within what is allowed, improvements for the development of their students. From our research, we can conclude that this theme is still marked by a process of discovery and learning, of how to deal with it and its audience, as well as it seeks to be an interface between Youth and Adult Education - EJA and the inclusion.
