This thesis is a critique on Modern Money Theory from a post-Keynesian and New-Developmentalist perspective. On a fist moment, MMT is presented, so a counter argument to its main propositions can be offered using post-Keynesian and newDevelopmentalist as main references. With the main focus being on the role of uncertainty in decision making and the problems related to a totally flexible exchange rate regime.
