SUMMARY:

This research sought to investigate, through autobiographical narratives called “Diary of This study sought to investigate, through autobiographical narratives called “Diary of Board”, the formative process of a teacher of Spanish language for children. In 2017, still in training in the degree of Languages-Spanish and their respective Literatures, I was invited to participate in actions and interventions with the Research Group Letras mirando-horizontes working at the alternative education school Projeto Infanto Juvenil- (PIJ), located on the campus Darcy Ribeiro from the University of Brasilia (UnB). As a theoretical basis, studies by Rinaldi (2006, 2011) on the teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language for Children (ELEC) were used to understand the research area; Vygotsky's (2001) contribution is aimed at social interactionist understanding and that of the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), which contributed to the realization of classes and subsequently to the preparation of reports. The methodology has its basic nature according to Prodanov and Freitas (2013) with the narrative typology in the light of Connelly and Clandinin (2000, 2011), with autobiographical procedures guided by Gaspar, Pereira and Passeggi (2012). The data start from the collection of twenty own reports and the notes produced by the advisor in the course of 6 (six) years in which she accompanied my teaching training. Data analysis then departs from the conceptions of Diniz-Pereira and Cañete (2019) and Porlán and Martín, (2004) regarding the reflection of autobiographical writings, Campbell (2008) regarding trajectory and social behavior, Zabalza (1994) on how writing can contribute to one's own professional experience. From the diaries, then emerge aspects that lead the research regarding the teacher's formative character. Therefore, the points adopted in the treatment of data are the understanding of the personal characteristics of this teacher, the linguistic and didactic skills and the application and mastery of didactic and pedagogical aspects.
