SUMMARY:

Designing socio-educational assistance methodologies based on intersectional critical feminism implies investigating discourses and stigmas based on heteropatriarchal-racist systems that have been materializing throughout history under different expressions of violation of rights of girls and women who transgress the law. In order to contribute to studies on socio-education, this paper aims to investigate - from reflections developed in the context of a pedagogical workshop held with adolescents subject to measures of deprivation of liberty - educational practices conducive to the development of a proposal of feminist socio-education. To that end, we invited adolescents of both sexes involved in the socio-educational process to a dialogue about the interconnected forms of oppression that give shape to the heteropatriarchal-racist system. We understand that these forms of oppression, which are ingrained in everyday social relations, cross the walls of liberty deprivation entities and become present in institutional practices. In this sense, we propose this qualitative-based intervention research, which will favor the development of pedagogical workshops for the construction of research information. The workshops will be held with adolescents who are being assisted in socioeducational units in the Federal District. As a theoretical-epistemological contribution to help us think and intervene in the socio-educational context, we propose a dialogue between Paulo Freire's studies and feminist studies from an intersectional perspective. Freire’s pedagogy inspires us to design socio-educational actions that advocate criticaleducational dialogical practices; in turn, feminist studies from an intersectional perspective help us understand the origin and operation of interconnected systems of oppression and guide us in the construction of means to combat these systems, which in this study will be referred to as heteropatriarchal-racist systems. Vigotski's HistoricalCultural Theory is our theoretical foundation for analyzing human development mediated by symbolic social, historical and cultural interactions.
