The present work proposed to take an investigative approach to the importance of vaccines using Information and Communication Technologies - ICTs. The investigative didactic sequence was applied in a hybrid format, that is, in person and remotely, using technological resources, to a class of students from a public school in the Federal District. Research was carried out with the aim of verifying the availability of these resources by students, as well as analyzing results after using the technologies through the development of a didactic sequence addressing the topic of vaccines. The research data showed students' motivation to use technologies, providing greater engagement in the search for knowledge in Biology. The final product of the research was the elaboration of an investigative didactic sequence on the topic of vaccines, using some available information and communication technology tools, which can greatly contribute to the teaching-learning process, especially with a view to applying active methodologies by teachers.
