In view of the high rate of early pregnancy and transmission of Sexually Transmitted Infections found in Brazil, the need for sex education in basic schooling is evident. This project proposes an Investigative Didactic Sequence to be addressed in high school on this topic. We will follow the PredictionObservation-Explanation model, working with problem situations, on which students will raise hypotheses and carry out investigations to reach their conclusions. It is expected that through this proposal, students will adopt safer and healthier behaviors, thus increasing their quality of life.
