This intervention project articulates concepts related to
public communication, public innovations and public accessibility actions within the scope of
Superior Court of Justice (STJ) with the aim of analyzing the existence of a communication
public that promotes the transmission of information from this judicial body to the social group
represented by people with disabilities regarding services, means and initiatives for
accessibility available in this Superior Court. The present study highlights that, despite the
STJ's efforts to promote accessibility through various channels, there is low use
of these resources by people with disabilities. This gap highlights the need to
improve the agency's public communication in order to effectively engage the target audience and
guarantee access to the services offered by the Court, thus overcoming the identified challenge.
This master's research, therefore, has the general objective of understanding public innovations
necessary for effective public communication about accessibility actions
implemented within the scope of the STJ. Furthermore, we seek to propose an intervention product that
promote the improvement of public communication of this judicial body, so that
information on accessibility actions is widely used and known by
citizens for whom they are intended. These objectives aim to contribute to improving access and
participation of people with disabilities in STJ services and activities, through the
strengthening public communication and transparency of accessibility initiatives
developed by the institution.
