STRATEGIC GUIDE FOR AUDIT PLANNING: RISK-BASED APPROACH FOR ACTIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL PACT TO PREVENT FEMINICIDE
Risk-based audit, intersectionality, femicide.
This project aims to develop a "Strategic Audit Planning Guide" for the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU), focusing on actions related to the National Pact for the Prevention of Femicide (PNPF). The research problem centers on the need to improve the effectiveness of government internal audits by incorporating an intersectional approach. The primary objective of the research is to develop a guide that includes criteria and methodologies for auditing actions aimed at preventing gender-based violence, considering multiple dimensions of inequality. The research will be conducted through an interventionist approach, utilizing a systematic literature review, initial diagnosis, content development, and dissemination of the guide. As a result, the creation of a patentable process (development of a guide) and the organization of a training event for CGU auditors are expected. This guide should serve as a strategic tool, aligned with best practices and guided by an intersectional perspective, aiming to increase the efficiency of internal control in PNPF actions.
