SUMMARY:

The Institutional Development Plan (PDI) is a strategic document that defines the direction and priorities of a federal university. It establishes goals, actions and projects for the coming years, seeking the comprehensive development of the institution in the areas of teaching, research, extension and management. The aim of this study is to analyze the level of transparency in the dissemination of the IDP, its implementation and monitoring through institutional websites. The research, which is qualitative and descriptive-exploratory in nature, investigates, through content analysis, the information made available on the portals of the 63 federal universities in the country, identifying, in their main planning instrument, whether it has been drawn up in accordance with the legislation and whether its results have been adequately disseminated. In addition, as a technological product, the research proposes the development of a monitoring panel in Power BI applied to the PDI of the University of Brasilia, consolidating data on execution and results. The dashboard aims to provide a practical tool to strengthen transparency, facilitate decision-making and improve the monitoring of institutional goals, contributing to more efficient management in line with social demands.
