Inspir@ - The virtual innovation environment of the Superior Court of Justice
innovation; virtual environment; innovation workshop; collective intelligence.
This study explores how to expand the culture of innovation within the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). The Judiciary is one of the foundations of the democratic regime and must, among other tasks, ensure more effective participation of its employees in the innovation process. To this end, we propose the creation of an innovative virtual environment to not only strengthen the culture of innovation but also improve collaboration among employees, especially those working remotely. The research was conducted through a virtual questionnaire and the Innovation Workshop, which provided the necessary support for formulating the proposal. The methodology adopted combined document analysis, interviews with experts and segmentation of the suggestions obtained. The results indicate that the implementation of this collaborative space can optimize processes, facilitate knowledge sharing and increase the participation of employees in the development of innovative solutions. The proposal also highlights the importance of continuous evaluation of the environment, based on indicators of efficiency, user satisfaction and adherence to institutional standards. From an institutional point of view, the work contributes to considerations on transparency and interaction between civil servants and the external public, establishment of a diagnosis, space for co-creation and expansion of cooperation dynamics, regardless of their territoriality. References in the doctrine, documentary analysis and observations were also verified to substantiate the result and seek greater validation and concreteness for the research.
