This research analyzes the provision of digital administrative services offered to undergraduate students at the Institute of Arts (IdA) of the University of Brasília (UnB), focusing on user perceptions and challenges faced. The research, qualitative and quantitative in nature, included a literature review on public service digitalization, the analysis of institutional regulations, and the application of a questionnaire to 75 students. The results indicate that, although digital services are widely used, there are significant difficulties related to communication, clarity of information, and platform usability. Based on the collected data, a report is presented with the results and recommendations for improving transparency, accessibility and user experience in UnB's administrative services.
