SUMMARY:

This article aims to propose a virtual environment of innovation for the
Superior Court of Justice – STJ, seeking to establish a democratic environment of collective
intelligence so that its employees can expand the dynamics of co-creation, regardless of their
territoriality. The nature of the proposal must include the mission of supporting the culture of
innovation at the STJ. Generating a diagnosis of the difficulties encountered in disseminating
these practices in the court. The proposal will seek references in doctrine, analyze documents,
make observations, define diagnoses, promote interviews and carry out an innovation
workshop to substantiate the result and seek greater validation and concreteness for the
intervention suggested to the Court.
