The project aims to analyze the existing bibliographical production on the topic of Accountability and Governance in the Judiciary, its relevance is characterized by the limited existence of specific studies on the topic and the contribution that the study may eventually make to reflect on the quality of provision jurisdiction and slowness in the judiciary. Its objective is to critically analyze the Institute of Accountability and the challenges to improving judicial administration. And what advances can be seen in the STJ, after the constitution of the National Council of Justice, aiming to improve the work of the Brazilian Judiciary, especially with regard to control and administrative and procedural transparency. And to an extent, the adoption of practices prescribed by the National Council of Justice, to be observed by the entire judiciary, impacted the Superior Court of Justice through the implementation of a new constitutional model. The project is structured into 06 (six) sections distributed in a classic, didactic manner, in a way that allows the reader to better understand the proposal, complying with the rigor suggested by the supervisors.
