Digital Administrative Services at UnB: Perception and experience of Access and Quality by Undergraduate Students at the Institute of Arts (IdA)

This research project aims to investigate the perceptions of undergraduate students at the Institute of Arts (IdA) at the University of Brasilia (UnB) about the digital administrative services available. The research will use quantitative and qualitative methods, applying a questionnaire that will address aspects such as ease of use, satisfaction and difficulties faced, as well as a semi-structured interview. It is hoped to identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to increase the transparency and efficiency of digital services, with a view to improving the user experience and digital inclusion in the academic environment.
