THE SHORT FILM AS A PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE: EXPERIENCES OF MAKING AUDIOVISUAL IN THE DF'S CONTINUING TRAINING
Cinema. Short at school. Teacher training. Pedagogical praxis. Public Policy on Audiovisual Education.
This work seeks to understand the contribution of Audiovisual Education, in the creation of short films, as a contemporary educational means for teaching and learning in public schools, from the perspective of continuing teacher education, from the six-year perspective of the course “In the ways of the Audiovisual”. As a methodology, the investigation opens a participatory and polyphonic dialogue, bringing analyzes and reflections in partnership with a group of course trainers. It presents the unfolding of training in pedagogical practices in the classroom in the work of 3 course participants. A cut that needed to be expanded to register a political, technical and pedagogical movement that, based on training actions, seminars, festivals and short film shows, constituted the Audiovisual Education policy of the State Department of Education of the Federal District, discontinued by the extinction sector responsible for its implementation. A dismantling policy.
