Shared reading fosters cognitive development and learning processes within an educational setting. Thus, the aim is to investigate how this approach can serve as an interesting tool to enhance executive functions, utilizing materiality and object pragmatics theory. This research conducted in Federal District Early Childhood Education Center, involving a kindergarten class aged 1-2 years. Data collection count on video-recorded observations, followed by a microgenetic analysis of the footage with ELAN software. Has the goal in comprehending how the development of executive functions unfolds in the dynamic teacher-book-baby interactions during shared reading moment.
