Competency-based learning was introduced by the Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) as an opportunity to achieve meaningful learning and integral development of students. However, it is observed that there is a great challenge for educational institutions to implement what is required by the Base. Therefore, the proposed study has as its main objective to verify how the application of educational robotics can favor the development of the set of general competences of the BNCC. For this purpose, we will work with a qualitative and quantitative approach, using bibliographic research and document analysis. To carry out this study, we used the questionnaires that were applied to professors and students as an instrument for collecting data and information. As the main findings of the study, we found that robotic educational robotics corroborates the development of all ten general skills of the National Common Curricular Base, it was evident the benefits of this practice for the development of such complex and important skills for the integral progress of students, in order to prepare them for the challenges of modern society, for the job market, for the exercise of their citizenship and in the discovery of their life project. that enables the praxis of educational robotics and the skills and competences that are developed in students. The technical product proposed from the results of the research, is proposed in the reference matrix of educational robotics, which seeks to guide the researched teaching institution.
