Complaints and judicialization by consumers of Brazilian air transport: a diagnosis with machine learning

The air transport sector is strategic for the development and economic growth of a country. In Brazil, in addition to a scenario of several complaints, the number of disputes with airlines is quite expressive. The general objective of this research is to diagnose and model consumer complaints and lawsuits against air transport companies in Brazil. The method that will be used for the development of this work is Design Science Research (DSR).
