main goal:Mapping the relationships in which a higher education institution is inserted, from the perspective of systems dynamics;Complementarily, the following are identified as specific objectives of the research:Develop a bibliographic review related to the research topic, including specific literature, studies by specialized organizations, decrees, norms and legislation issued by educational regulatory bodies;Understand the risk factors linked to the momentary transition from face-to-face classes to remote ones;Understand the risk factors linked to the return to face-to-face classes;Identify the educational impacts during the transition, based on indicators of stricto sensu graduate students at the studied institution;
