The gamification of non-playful activities gained ground in the industrial, service, and educational environment, and the literature points out that by introducing game elements into an environment, activities can be more attractive, fun and more enjoyable. Combining game techniques to motivate and engage people has proven to be a powerful tool for managers. Military Police ́s from Federal District is the police corporation responsible for the ostensible policing and maintenance of public order in the federal capital. The Intelligence Activity is used to advisory on strategic, tactical, and operational decisions. This work presents the Gamified Intelligence Reporting Process (PGRI) to be utilized in Military Police Intelligence System. PGRI was constructed using Octalysis gamification framework base. Built using Intrinsic Motivation Inventory questionnaires and document analysis submited to statistical concepts. The PGRI pursue to improve the quality of intelligence reports with the application of gamification and is fed back by an iterative cycle of planning through the process evaluation results. It presents a literature review about the concepts of games and gamification, Intelligence Activities and Public Security and a summary about the Military Police of the Federal District.
