Abstract In a world of electronic documents, the Sistemas Eletrônico de Informação (SEI)
stands out in Brazil. Adopted by a huge number of entities, it has become strategic for
Universidade de Brasília (UnB) since it went into production in 2016. In its archival
process, it records information of all operations carried out by users in documents and
in the system itself. It’s called the log of the system. However, given the large number
of users and interactions, generating a high volume of records, the response time for
queries to it has been degraded over time, making it intractable today in most cases.
The objective of this work is to propose an adjacent data structure, which will receive
compiled data from the log repository. This structure will be loaded with a subset of
information strategically chosen from the data, which will be able to respond, including
through dashboards, the vast majority of user demands.
