Financial institution, credit, Machine Learning, algorithms, banks
This work's main objective is to incorporate data from Emergency Aid, granted by the Federal Government of Brazil in the period from April to December 2020, in the study of the variables that make up the Machine Learning model for granting personal loans adopted by a specific financial institution. that operates in the country. This institution, which will not be identified in the study, mainly serves individuals who, in general, face difficulties in obtaining loans from traditional banks. The approaches adopted in this study consider the most relevant techniques in the field of credit assessment, as well as the main metrics. Furthermore, the possibility of incorporating new techniques and variables into the data set is explored, with the aim of improving the results obtained.
