SUMMARY:

The present research is centered on a rescue of memory as a cultural identity, theatrical production, and pedagogical practice based on the extension project of the semiannual show Cometa Cenas from the Institute of Arts (IdA) of the University of Brasília (UnB). This research brings elements of great importance for the department, for the university, and for local and national culture, as we understand that perhaps the semiannual show Cometa Cenas has greater influence as a collaborator of artistic creation, groups and theatrical events in the Federal District, based on a quantitative and qualitative research using the ethnographic and cartographic methodologies, for the search of this data and information. The research proposes itself as a guide and/or a map on the cultural, political identity of the department of Performing Arts of UnB in a perspective of trajectory, memory, orality and records. As well as serving as a future analysis and easy access guide to a collection, a remembrance and even future studies on the semiannual show Cometa Cenas.
