Construction and validation of a care technology for therapeutic support to Renal Transplant Patients
Kidney Transplantation; Postoperative care; Educational Technology; Therapeutic Adherence.
Introduction: The follow-up of the proposed therapeutic plan after transplantation is a great challenge for patients and health professionals. The care guidelines, when grouped in a scientifically constructed and validated material, guide patients in a clearer and more precise way. Objectives: To build and validate an educational technology (booklet) of therapeutic support for renal transplant patients. Methods: the study will be divided into stages, the first three will contribute to the realization of an integrative review and investigation of the context involving professionals (interviews) and patients (focus groups) for the construction of the material. It will then be validated by experts in the field and patients. The analysis of the steps will be carried out according to the nature of the data. Expected results: Construction and validation of a booklet based on evidence from the literature, multiprofessional experience, and the perspectives of patients to follow the renal transplant recipient during at least the first year after transplantation, where information regarding the concepts of transplantation will be described; the results of tests for control in outpatient consultations; and the care guidelines recommended for renal transplant patients in the postoperative period.
