Introduction: Muscular strength is an extremely importante component for humans, being used both in everyday life and to UNIVERSIDADE DE BRASÍLIA Faculdade de Ceilândia Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências da Reabilitação (PPGCR) UnB - Campus Ceilândia – Centro Metropolitano - Conjunto A - Lote 01. CEP 72220-900 - Brasília/DF. e-mail: ppgcr@unb.br performance activities. It is an importante parameter that has been commonly used in physical assessment in both sports and clinical settings. To monitor musculoskeletal health, one of the aspects analyzed is the development of strenght, which can be evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively. For the quantitative evaluation, one way is to use instruments such as dynamometers. Objective: evaluate the intra-examiner and inter-examiner reliability of the E-lastic dynamometer in measuring isometric muscle strength in shoulder joint. Methodology: This is an intra-examiner and inter-examiner reliability study (test and retest). The volunteers will receive a form with sample characterization information, perform special tests an exclusion criteria and subsequently submitted to the strength evaluation protocol measured by an E-lastic load cell and data collection platform provided in the form of a mobile application. Will be used ICC, SEM, MDC statistical tests. Expected results: The findings will show us a high to very high reliability in all movements in diferente outcomes.
