“The object of the study is the scientific evidence on health policies aimed at structuring and modeling the RASB for the TMD care line. To address it, the introduction presents a brief clinical characterization of Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD), the epidemiological aspects and guidelines for health promotion and preventive care for the development of TMDs and the challenges of PHC in coping with TMD. This is a literature review study, which has as its product a synthesis of scientific evidence for health policies on strategies and actions to reduce cases of temporomandibular disorders in the scope of primary health care.
