SUMMARY:

The evaluation process of the Primary Health Care Qualification Program (Qualis-APS) of the Federal District adopts a set of prescriptions for the work of health professionals with the aim of anticipating the greatest number of work situations. However, standards play a role that is not entirely sufficient for carrying out the work, and it is necessary to know the worker's experience in carrying out each task. Thus, this project aims to analyze the repercussions of implementing an evaluation process on the work of primary health care professionals in the Federal District. This is a single case study with a qualitative approach and supported by the theoretical framework of ergology. Data production will take place through documentary research, work observation and semi-structured interviews. The repercussions of the implementation of the evaluation process of the Qualis-APS program on the work of professionals will be considered the unit of analysis, with study participants being health professionals from the ESF/Oral Health teams. To organize and analyze the data, the triangulation strategy will be used, with the help of the Atlas.Ti® software, and the theoretical framework of ergology - especially the conception of activity.
