THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM AT THE FEDERAL INSTITUTE OF MARANHÃO: WHAT IS PRESCRIBED AND PRESENTED IN INTEGRATED HIGH SCHOOL

The project deals with Physical Education and curriculum in an institute of the Brazilian Federal Education Network. The main objective of the research is to understand the constitution and development of the prescribed and presented Physical Education curriculum at the Federal Institute of Maranhão for Integrated Secondary Education. Its theoretical contribution is José Gimeno Sacristán, according to phases of objectification for the development of the curriculum (prescribed curriculum and curriculum presented to teachers). This is qualitative research with an exploratorydescriptive scope. The methodological procedures to be adopted are bibliographic review and document analysis. For the bibliographic review, a search will be carried out in the CAPES Catalog of Dissertations and Theses and the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations for research covering Physical Education, Curriculum, Federal Institutes and Integrated High School. To access the documents, a questionnaire and semi-structured interviews will be carried out with Physical Education teachers from the Federal Institute of Maranhão. The basis for document analysis will be the course plans (curricular documents) of Integrated High School from 28 Campuses of the Federal Institute of Maranhão, specifically the curricular organization (syllabus) of the Physical Education component. The method used will be Bardin's Content Analysis, organized around three stages: pre-analysis; organization of the material and treatment of results, inference and interpretation
