SUMMARY:

Brasilia, Tel-Aviv and Le Havre are three modern cities recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. Despite the geographical and cultural distance, the different contexts of their candidacies, and even the particular processes of patrimonialization, these three urban sets present the possibility of keeping similarities among them. In the search for understanding these connections, and going beyond, looking for possible references among these three cities, this thesis is outlined. Thus, the intention is to weave a parallel between them in order to see possible dissonances and consonances between their heritage processes, until the moment of each one's candidacy before UNESCO. The primary documentation of Brasília, Tel-Aviv and Le Havre, as well as bibliographical references, maps and images will be used as sources of research, allowing us to compose a thesis that can contribute to the field of heritage and preservation of modern cities.
