Determinants of Adult Mortality by Covid-19: Brasilia Metropolitan Area
The study on the Determinants of Adult Mortality implies understanding how the basic and structural problems of living conditions occur, considering which health risks are involved in these conditions. The importance of studies on the factors associated with mortality, point out what are the ways to improve the management and implementation of public policies related to health, which can improve the population's life and increase life expectancy. The importance of studies on social determinants such as socioeconomic, demographic, epidemiological factors and the structure of the health system, in the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic, was of great importance for understanding the risks of death. Therefore, the study proposes to structure the determinants of adult mortality by Covid-19, in the metropolitan area of Brasília, highlighting the effects of these determinants and their association with the risk of death.
