SUMMARY:

It is proposed to carry out, in this project, the analysis of intellectual property and technology transfer (which legal instrument can be used) applied to a technological initiative to expand the public policy of access to justice for women in vulnerable situations and violence, as an innovation in the judicial environment. The technical report will be prepared as a technological product containing a prospective technological study, to identify the initiatives of the courts of justice.
