With the advancement of technologies, in particular information and communication technologies, and also with the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a great increase in internet users, not only users who aim at entertainment, but also small businesses that had to migrate to the virtual environment, in order to improve sales mechanisms through e-commerce. Given this scenario, the present work has as its main objective to analyze this fast expansion of e-commerce and the use of Marketing 4.0 through mass disclosure on social networks, through digital influencers, to leverage the growth of the brand, as well as the legal responsibility of authorized and unauthorized advertising and its impacts on the brand and its owner. In addition, it will be analyzed how companies can prevent the use of their brands on the internet through the use of hashtags. Thus, a search was performed on the Google Scholar platform, with the keywords: "legal liability", "CONAR", "pandemic", "Consumer Code", "Copyright", “Trademarks" and "Hashtags". In addition, physical books dealing with the market perspective and its economic and cultural impacts were consulted.
