SUMMARY:

Brazil has been suffering a loss of competitiveness in various sectors of the economy and territories, the causes are varied, but one of them is always cited as productivity. One of the ways to improve this competitiveness in the country is through innovation, promoting economic growth in the national territory. The Local Agents of Innovation Productivity Program aims to improve the competitiveness of monitored companies, as provided for in the Legal Framework for Science, Innovation and Innovation. The objective of the study was to analyze how the ALI Produtividade Program is helping companies monitored by encouraging innovative organizational practices, in the Federal District, in the 2022 cycle. The results observed in companies indicate that the objective of the ALI Produtividade Program has been achieved , as MSEs have increased their productivity and revenue, but it also shows that innovation is still a difficult topic for small business entrepreneurs to access.
