The Contribution of Public Innovation to the Process of Meeting Demands
Innovation. Publicinnovation. Public management. Standardization. Holisticvision.
Today, innovation is increasingly gaining ground as an ally in the management of public services. This symbiosis has been emphasized by researchers as a condition sine qua non for the transfer of technology itself, especially with regard to the university-company relationship. Thus, we must take innovation as a possibility of updating in order to better perform a task. For this reason, based on specific activities carried out by the University Radio and Television of the University of Brasília (UnBTV), this research aims to create a model for managing demands relating to the broadcasting of events held by UnBTV. To this end, the legislation used to produce this type of document by the management of the University of Brasília (UnB) was surveyed, and searches were carried out in databases of scientific productions, using keywords, and refining the results using filters such as language and date of publication, in order to find review articles on public innovation. As a result of the research, we aim to draw up an internal standard that promotes a new management model for responding to demands relating to the broadcasting of events held by UnBTV, in order to standardize this process. The 2016 Legal Framework for Innovation will be the background for conceptualizing and supporting this research. The expectation is that the standard will be accepted and that this type of procedure can be replicated for other UnBTV and University of Brasília activities.
