SUMMARY:

"From the analysis of documents and literature review, this study aims to highlight innovative processes of UnBTV to answer the question: how to innovate in the production, acquisition, and distribution processes of audiovisual content in University TV? In the face of the media convergence scenario, where windows for displaying audiovisual content are expanded; on open channels, web TV, streaming platforms, and social networks, University TVs need to innovate their processes to disseminate education, research, extension, and scientific information, and technology transfer, in the form of knowledge, to society. UnBTV was established in 2006 but originated as CPCE (Cultural and Educational Production Center) in 1986, accumulating vast experience in the processes of production, acquisition, and distribution of audiovisual content. In this sense, with the case study of UnBTV, this research aims to assist in innovating public management for promoting and interacting between TV stations and public broadcasters in terms of content sharing, joint productions, and strengthening this public communication segment. Thus, the purpose of this essay is to support the production of a television program with educational content to teach audiovisual content producers about copyright in the production, licensing, and distribution chain of content for public broadcasters."
