SUMMARY:

The research aims to investigate the theoretical and methodological assumptions in the field of popular education in human rights that support, from an intersectional perspective, the process of formation and performance of the members of the AsCoralinas Association (Goiás-GO) and its potential for strengthening citizenship. of women in situations of vulnerability. The study is structured around five theoretical axes: Critical Theory of Human Rights (Joaquim Herrera Flores, David Sanchez Rubio, Roberto Lyra Filho, José Geraldo de Sousa Jr. and Helio Gallardo), Human Rights Education (Abraham Magendzo, Vera F. Candau , Dadid Sanchez Rubio) Popular Education (Paulo Freire and Carlos Brandão), Feminist and Anti-racist Education (Bell Hooks, Patricia Hills Collins, Angela Davis and Kimberle Krenshaw). The research is qualitative (Souza Minayo, 2008), as it aims to reach a reality and its symbolic universe that cannot be quantified, such as the aspirations, attitudes, beliefs, desires, impressions of the members of the AsCoralinas Association. Four strategies will be used: semi-structured interviews, focus group, participant observation and documental research.
