Teacher Training; New High School; Emancipatory Education; Right to learn, Human Rights.

The research investigates, from a critical and phenomenological reading, from the perspective of education in and for Human Rights, teacher training, taking as a case the implementation of the High school reform in the Integrated High School Center 01 of Cruzeiro, guided by the proposed in the National Common Curricular Base and in the Curriculum in Motion of the New High School of the Public Education Network of the Federal District. To this end, the investigation proposes for case study the State Department of Education of the Federal District, seeking to identify the existence of activities, implemented in the Formative Itineraries, that favor a creative and emancipatory education and that privileges education in and for Human Rights.
