Indigenous Health; Human Rights, Interculturality; Differentiated Attention.

This research analyzes the experience of the right to health of indigenous peoples in the municipality of Amaturá in the state of Amazonas, Alto Rio Solimões region, through the limits and possibilities of access to the Universal Health System, differentiated health and the contribution of traditional health, focusing on interculturality and sociocultural specificities present between the municipality’s indigenous people and broader indigenous communities. It is based on SUS and SASISUS legislation for the policy of access to health care, as a right in the exercise of citizenship and its main methodology is the phenomenological approach.
