THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVITY IN THE INITIAL TRAINING OF NATURAL SCIENCE TEACHERS
Teacher formation; Science teaching; Creativity
Being inserted in the school context requires teachers to constantly innovate their practices, methods and interpersonal relationships, as they deal not only with a large amount of knowledge and information, but also with different subjectivities. Therefore, research on creativity should be considered in the training of these professionals. Bearing in mind the small amount of works that relate creativity to the training of science teachers and the possible contribution to studies on the subject, the objective of this work is to understand whether the Natural Sciences (NC) course at Faculdade UnB Planaltina (FUP) favors or does not encourage the creativity of its graduates and what are the implications for teaching practice. For this, a qualitative research will be carried out with students and graduates of the NC course at FUP through semi-structured interviews in search of the reflection mentioned in the objective of the work.
