In its history, Sebrae has a vast experience in working with agents: professionals at the service of Sebrae who work actively in the search for clients to identify challenges and convert them to Sebrae's relationship strategies. Thus, the objective of this work is to bring innovation to the strategy of these agents through the introduction of data intelligence for the selection of companies to be visited by these agents and for the subsequent insertion of these customers in a relationship mat. The methodology for this research will be done through bibliographic research, data analysis, and finally, the proposal of a manual to improve the productivity of the Sebrae project in your company, with the introduction of data intelligence for the selection of companies to be visited. . Through this manual, it is expected that all FUs that work with the project can have a methodological basis to support the optimization of their action processes with the agent project, specifically the agent that works in the Sebrae project in your company, through of implementing data intelligence in this strategy.
